If you have questions about this policy, or wish to exercise any right described below, contact us at gsr@datumhub.co.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact or walkthrough request form, we collect:
- Your name

- The content of your message
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our analytics provider may collect technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit. Where analytics cookies are active, this information is associated with a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser. We do not use it to determine your identity.
Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website — including government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, precise geolocation, biometric data, or information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. Please do not include such information in the message field of our contact form.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage measurement tools on our site, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and where they encounter difficulty. This helps us improve the site.
These tools set cookies or similar browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies on this website.
Your choices
- Consent banner. On your first visit we present a notice describing our use of analytics and offering you the ability to opt out. Your choice is stored in your browser and applied on subsequent visits. You can review or change it at any time through Cookie preferences in the site footer.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension transmits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and disable analytics storage automatically, without prompting you.
- Browser controls. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function.
- Google’s own opt-out. Google provides a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on any site, available from Google directly.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange a product walkthrough
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website and services
- Understand aggregate site usage and measure the effectiveness of our content
- Communicate with you about Datum Hub where you have asked us to, or where we have a legitimate business interest in doing so

5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
We disclose personal information only in these circumstances:

- Legal requirements. Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- Protection of rights. Where necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or violations of our terms.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply to the information transferred.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our business relationship, and thereafter as required for legal or accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit, access controls, and separation of customer environments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request that we:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and provide access to it
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete personal information we hold about you

United States — state privacy rights
Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described above, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed — all of which are set out in sections 2, 4, and 5 of this policy.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, no opt-out of sale or sharing is required. Our analytics opt-out is described in section 3.
